Chef Deb’s Master Chef Program is a 9-month coaching program designed for culinary business owners who make roughly $75,000-$100,000 in sales a year and are starting to become profitable but know they can make more money. They are ready to take the next serious step in investing time, money and resources to grow their business and start making the money they deserve and create a life and career they love. 

Ideally, this person has a solid business foundation already in place but knows that there are "holes" in their business that need to be filled and needs direction and support in filling those. 

The Master Chef program is great for the chef who works best in a team environment, needs more accountability and would like to experience consistent, steady progress.

You Will Receive

You will receive all of the benefits of eChef Club, plus you will work closely with Chef Deb for a period of 9 months.

Bonus: Two workshops (2-days each) that are held at Deb's commercial kitchen in Fort Worth, TX that will help you "put it all together" and get an inside look at how Deb runs her six-figure culinary business including exposure to her kitchen and business operations.

Access to Chef Deb

Over the next 9 months, you will have access to Deb Cantrell by phone, Skype or email for questions and support regarding anything to do with your coaching process, including: any questions, review of materials, guidance on projects, decision making and development for the growth of your culinary business.

Monthly One-on-One Sessions

In addition, you will schedule nine 60-minute one-on-one sessions with Chef Deb, strategically placed throughout the coaching program at each new level of your business development and growth process.

Weekly Mastermind Group Call

A weekly accountability check-in system via mastermind calls with others in the group, during which you will report progress, challenges, ask questions and share the overall state of your business.

Monthly Office Hour Call

There will be nine "Office Hour" calls where any and all questions are answered in a group setting to learn from and acquire new ideas from everyone in the group.

Monthly Expert Teaching Call

There will be about nine calls with industry experts to include but not limited to: sales, social media, marketing, acquiring new clients, SEO/website design, book writing, product development, accounting/bookkeeping for your culinary business, etc.

Quarterly State of Marketing Call

Every 3 months, my Marketing & PR Manager will host a marketing call where she discusses what's hot in marketing, what's working and how you can implement these marketing strategies into your own business to create greater brand awareness and get more clients!

Private Facebook Group

You will be a part of our highly interactive, exclusive private Facebook group to ask questions that are quickly answered, where you can collaborate, get feedback, share resources, network and more. No wasting time seeing posts of someone's souffle!

Weekly Business Tips and Inspiration

You will receive weekly culinary business tips written by Chef Deb delivered right to your inbox that include tips that have helped her build her 6-figure culinary business. These tips are meant to be easily digested and implemented immediately! 

Chef Co-op

You will get access to our co-op of recipes, sample catering menus, personal chef menus, cooking class menus, policy and procedure manuals and more.

Access to Membership Site

You will have full access to our membership site that includes recordings of the office hours, expert interviews and expert teaching calls. It also includes a full library of videos, Powerpoints and worksheets (enough to practically build a business with!) covering topics ranging from website launch plans to marketing plans to hiring new team members, to landing on TV segments, etc.
