My 7-Step Signature Process

My signature process is how I take your business from Point A to Point B. It all starts with your vision for your life and your business – what everything else is built upon.

At the end of the day, if you hate what you do or are not feeling that “entrepreneurial spark” anymore, something’s gotta change.

I will guide you through each of these steps or areas of business and we will figure out where these “holes” might be and fill them!

It’s important to keep in mind that some steps may take you longer than others. Be patient with yourself. You might want to spend more time on certain steps in this process. Remember, that this journey is your own.

Are you currently taking new coaching clients?

I usually open up a handful of new coaching spots every January!

However, there are other times during the year that spots open. Let me explain!

My Master & Elite coaching programs are a 12-month time commitment. I only work with a limited number of coaching clients a year, since I prefer to give them my full time attention and care. Keeping this group small, means I’m able to help each of my clients see some serious results!

Depending on when they signed up, each of their contracts end at different times. At that time, they’re given an opportunity to either “renew” their contract and work with me for another 12 months or take the reins from there.

So the real answer is, it depends!

I highly recommend getting on my waitlist, so you can be notified as soon as a spot opens up or email me directly to see if I can work with you sooner than later!

What’s the difference between Master & Elite Chef?

The main difference between the two programs is what level you are at in business. If you are still trying to create a steady customer base, still figuring out your vision, etc. establish a steady, fine tuning your brand, then most likely the Master Chef program is for you.

If you’re more advanced and at a certain level of business, perhaps you are ready to hire a team, open up new locations, expand your offerings and services, etc.then Elite Chef might be a better fit for you!

Will I be masterminding with other culinary business owners?

Yes! One of the things that my coaching clients say they love about coaching with me, is being part of a community of serious business owners. It’s nice being able to get feedback from business owners who are either in your same shoes or have been there, done that!

There is so much support waiting for you.

What kind of culinary businesses do you work with?

I coach a variety of culinary entrepreneurs, including those who have their own brick and mortar – like bakeries, pastry and coffee shops, as well as personal chefs, private chefs, caterers, food product artisans, cooking class instructors, etc.

The people I work with have been in business for at least a year or more (many of them several years!), and are looking to grow.

For many of the people I work with, this is their second career after leaving corporate America, or were chefs who didn’t want to go the typical restaurant route.

They have been doing good with their business, but they’ve hit a wall and aren’t sure how they’re going to reach their goals and get to the point where they want to be.

Chances are if you have a food brand and are serious about growing, I can coach you!

Can you help me start a culinary business?

I only work with business owners who have had their “doors” open for a year or more.

That means that I don’t work with chefs right out of culinary school or people looking to start a culinary business for the first time.

I have a talented and knowledgeable friend who coaches people just starting out, so if you’re looking for that I can refer you!

What kind of results can I see from coaching with you?

Probably too many to write out here! Okay tooting my own horn a little bit…but in all seriousness, I have had coaching clients who have made triple their income after 6 months of coaching with me.

It all depends on how much YOU are willing to work for it. I always tell my coaching clients you get what you put into it. There is no shortcut to success, just the right information, resources and a whole lot of hard work and guidance along the way.
